Responsibilities

·        Reports to Head of Human Resources, Asia

·        Administer and monitor HR processes and procedures for Japanese Expatriates, including payroll, benefit administration, income tax administration, relocation processes (in and out bound)

·        Assist in other HR duties and projects

Requirements

·        A minimum of 2 years of administration experience gained from sizable companies

·        Good with numbers

·        Strong communication skill

Languages

·        Native level of Japanese and fluent English
