Responsibilities:

-          handling documentation works for IPOs, advisory transactions and takeover transactions 

-          drafting and preparing prospectuses, announcements, circulars and related documents

-          coordinating teams of professionals, such as accountants, valuers and lawyers etc

-          assisting in preparing pitch  books, identifying and securing deals with new clients

-          assisting seniors for marketing deals origination works

Requirements:

-          Qualifications: Prefer Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics or Finance or equivalent work experience; Prefer being existing license representative under Hong Kong SFC regulated activities of advisory on corporate finance (RA6);

-           Experience: Must have at least 1 to 3 years prior work experience (investment banking / corporate finance /advisory works execution / IPO documentation execution);

-          Special Knowledge or Skills: Strong quantitative as well as qualitative skills; ability to communicate complicated thoughts/ideas

-          Languages: Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

-          Personality/Important Traits to Note: Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to work in teams and a commitment to excellence and willing to travel
