Our client is a fully integrated property development and investment company with rapid growth within their market sector.  They develop and manage some of the most luxurious and prestigious residential projects in Asia.  The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join their rapidly growing operations.   

Responsibilities

• To supervise on-site team to deliver high quality management services for our premier residential properties
• To manage day-to-day property management and inspection services
• To oversee maintenance, security, cleaning, procurement, facilities and reception services
• To liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors
• To monitor all property management income and expenses, prepare annual budgets and other related financial duties
• To handle requests and complaints from residents and maintain a good resident relationship

Requirements

• Degree qualified in property management or related discipline with minimum 10 years experience in property management
• Experience in luxury residential projects ideal essential to succeed in this role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, project management and leadership skills
• Excellent customer service ethnics
