| Job Description |
|
Responsibilities:
• Like a true people manager, he/she will work with each individual to develop a specific development plan, and will constantly guide their strengths and weaknesses.
• Look after the training and development needs specific to each individual, develop and conduct the performance evaluation for each individual.
• Work with the customer on resource management process and to gain their approvals on new resource requirements.
• Ensure the smooth execution of the resource management process and to implement the required reports.
• Responsible for producing and monitoring SLAs.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience. Banking experience is preferred.
• Strong people skill, and people management in a services oriented structure is essential.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Firm
• Detailed
• Fluent spoken/written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
