Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Primary contact point with inter-co and internal teams to facilitate Global Sales functions
- Prepare for commission calculation
- Assist and prepare for month-end closing and regular management reports and analysis
- Participate in projects related to global accountancy / reporting system and process initiatives for the company / department
- Assist in yearend audit and regulatory filing for the company with auditor and company secretary
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and support to team members
Requirements:
- University graduate or student member of professional accounting body with over 3 years working experience
- Accounting experience in MNC environment would be an advantage, preferably in Sales organization
- Proficient PC Skills and experience in CODA & Oracle accounting systems would be an added advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; able to communicate in Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and team player
- Responsible, independent, self-motivated, organized, efficient, analytical & detail-minded
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Immediately Available preferable
