Responsibilities

1. To identify and develop new business opportunities
2. To responsible for sourcing and following up with new and potential customers
3. To prepare sales and pricing proposals
4. To manage and grow a competitive business division based on target achievement which is pre-assessed by top management
5. To establish and maintain a strong and success driven merchandising team to ensure product quality, on-time delivery and overall profitability
6. To resolve where possible any operational problems within the scope of your responsibility and report back to the management in a timely manner any serious issues.

1. Minimum 5 years experience in baby clothing and accessories items e.g. bibs, socks, shoes, beds, strollers, mosquito nets, walkers, musical toys etc
2. Aggressive, capable to explore new customer and generate sales
3. Technical knowledge and sourcing skill is a MUST
4. Able to work independently with suppliers & overseas buyers
5. Proficiency in planning, organizing and problem solving skills
6. Good command of written & spoken English & Mandarin

• Base salary + strong commission structure
