Credit Derivatives Developer/Manager – Top-Tier Investment Bank

Our client is a leading investment bank, they are currently seeking for a Credit Derivatives Developer/Manager to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with desk traders, operations, sales, strategists and global team in providing specific technology solutions
  • Providing better market access and liquidity, developing user-acceptable trading desktops, electronic trading and continuing to drive down operational costs and risk
  • Supporting the business on day to day issues
  • Analyzing and defining requirements
  • Enhancing current systems to meet the growing business volumes and demands
  • Monitoring performance and failure rates to recommend and engineering cost-effective solutions where needed
  • Participate in all stages of the software development cycle

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Min. 3 years experience in relevant role, candidate with 6+ experience will be considered for the manager role
  • Strong Java/C++
  • Strong analytical skills in tackling challenging problems
  • RDBMS experience in Sybase, Oracle or DB2.
  • Working knowledge of Linux or Solaris is must.
  • Experience in market data platform like Reuters or Bloomberg is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of communication protocol like Rendezvous is a plus
  • Good track record of academic and professional achievements
