Our client is one of the leading investment banks, they are currently seeking for Equity Derivatives Senior Business Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Capture requirements from all business stakeholders in equity derivatives division and develop detailed functional specifications for strategic projects
• Drive the adoption of strategic systems across sales and trading desks in the APAC region 
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert, working closely with local and global development teams on the build-out of risk and trade/product lifecycle systems
• Conduct upfront analysis for Real-time and on-demand risk and P&L systems for equity derivatives flow business
• Provide ongoing analysis support for the development teams, writing test cases, and testing
• Liaise effectively with business users, technology management and developers, and middle office and compliance where necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or above
• Min. 6 years relevant experience in investment banks/financial institutions
• Demonstrated success as a business analyst in a front-office role
• Proven success working in alignment with a global team
• Experience in risk and P&L both real-time and on-demand systems
• Experience in Workflow/Trade Lifecycle systems, including OMS systems, OTC quoting systems and Option pricing platforms
• Technical/programming background
• Experience in agile software development strongly desired
• Solid knowledge of options risk systems
• Deep understanding of volatility and option pricing
• Strong knowledge of derivatives products, both listed and OTC
• Project management skills and experience with the entire software development lifecycle
• Excellent writing and communication skills.  Ability to produce both technical documentation and layman-readable materials
